Nadácia dlhodobo spolupracuje so SAV a v rámci svojich možností usporiadala niekoľko významných akcií.
Medzinárodná konferencia organizovaná v roku 50. výročia založenia SAV v Európskom týždni vedy a technológií.
Využitie vedeckých poznatkov v hospodárskej sfére 2003.
Iniciátorom konferencie je Nadácia profesora Štefana Kassaya na podpopru vedy a vzdelávania Prednáška Štefan Kassay – Prínosy vedy v podnikovej praxi.
Odborný seminár Podnikové stratégie a inovácie.
Zborník – podnikové stratégie a inovácie. Inovatívna firma – odpoveď na výzvy súčasnosti. Nadácia profesora Štefana Kassaya, hotel Fórum 21.1.2004.
Obsahuje prepis magnetofónového záznamu vystúpení účastníkov seminára. Ide o netradičnú formu zborníka, ktorá zachytáva podnetnosť atmosféry seminára, zároveň pripomína závažnosť aktuálnej problematiky a priblíži nové, inšpiratívne príležitosti.
Konferencia pri príležitosti životného jubilea významného teoretika priemyselného inžinierstva, metodológa marketingu a pedagóga Štefana Kassaya.
Konferencia sa konala v spolupráci s I.D.C. Holding, a.s., Institut für Produktionsstechnik und Automatisierung Slovakia – Inštitút Fraunfhoferovej spoločnosti, pobočka pre Strednú Európu v Žiline a Medzinárodná korporácia podpory podnikania, a.s. v Trnave. Bol vydaný Zborník prednášok, vystúpení, článkov a štúdií k vedeckej konferencii s medzinárodnou účasťou. 18.5.2001.
Konferencia Tolerancia v spoločnosti.
Pod záštitou Európskej akadémie vied a umení zorganizovala v Kongresovom centre SAV Smolenice medzinárodnú vedeckú konferenciu pod názvom Tolerancia v spoločnosti, s podtitulom Aktuálne otázky: mravnosť, morálka, etika, právo a zákon s účasťou a garanciou EAVU prof. Felixa Ungera. Prezident republiky Ivan Gašparovič vysoko ocenil tému konferencie, ako neustále aktuálnu a potrebnú. V nadväznosti na slová prezidenta dnes možno konštatovať, že za 25 rokov svojej činnosti sa akadémia stala prestížnou učenou spoločnosťou, ktorá prispieva k pokroku vo vede, v umení a šíri myšlienky tolerancie, humanizmu a európskej integrácie. Pod vedením EAVU sa koordinuje spoločný postup v oblasti vedy a výskumu pri formovaní európskej vednej politiky, vrátane jej podpory. Zborník Tolerancia v spoločnosti, SAV Smolenice 2011.
The foundation has been collaborating with the SAV on a long-term basis and has organised several significant programmes, e.g.:

The seminar Company Strategies and Innovations.
Proceedings – Company Strategies and Innovations. An Innovative Company – Answer to Challenges of Today. Professor Štefan Kassay Foundation for Support of Science and Education, Hotel Fórum – 21st January 2004.
The proceedings include records of the individual participants´ presentations. It is a non-traditional form of proceedings catching the stimulating atmosphere of the seminar and at the same it underlines the seriousness of the current topics and suggests new and inspiring opportunities.
The conference held at the occasion of the life jubilee of the leading theoretician of Industrial Engineering, marketing methodologist and teacher Štefan Kassay.
The conference was organised in collaboration with I.D.C Holding, a.s.; Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung in Slowakei – an affiliation for Central Europe in Žilina and International Corporation for the Support of Entrepreneurship, a.s. in Trnava. Proceedings of papers, presentations, articles and studies from this scientific conference with international participation were issued (18th May 2001).
Conference: Tolerance in Society
Under the auspices of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts we organised the international scientific conference under the title Tolerance in Society with the subtitle Actual Questions: Morality, Morale, Ethics, Legal System and Law in the SAV centre in Smolenice, where Professor Felix Unger took part and was a guarantor of this event. The Slovak president Ivan Gašparovič highly appreciated the topic of the conference and said it was vitally existent and necessary. In connection with the president’s words we can say today that the academy during its 25 years of existence has become a prestigious, learned association which contributes to the progress of science and the arts and disseminates ideas of tolerance, humanism and European integration. Under the European Academy of Sciences and Arts leadership the common procedures in the area of science and research in forming the European scientific policy including its support is coordinated.
